Corcoran's NSW Pty Ltd's, were contracted to design, manufacture and install the balcony's, stairs, balustrades, decking, fence and gate to this property in Randwick
On the balcony's, the client required a frameless glass balustrade that would offer superior views to the surrounding area. The Client requested a handrail for the balcony that would not obstruct these views and be minimalist in style. Corcoran's had to design and fabricate a handrail that would comform to current NSW Regulations while still meeting the clients brief.
Corcoran's NSW Pty Ltd's were also required to fabricate and install a set of glass balustrades with a continuous stainless steel handrail to the firestairs to the building that would both conform to the NSW Standards for firestairs and be stylistic.
